Overseeing a global team gives me a full picture of what it’s like to work for Threecolts. We work hard, focus on outputs, and celebrate our successes so we are in the position to grow as we learn. With scale comes great opportunities, and I’m excited to have been part of this journey from the ground floor.

Having joined Threecolts after it acquired my previous company, I now know what a truly global business - with team members that are beyond incredible - is all about. This has been great for my career and one of the most exciting and rewarding things I’ve ever done! Onwards and upwards!

This has been an ideal first full-time role out of university. The opportunities so far have been great, including being able to travel to New York, Las Vegas, and Lisbon all while being based in the UK. The close support and guidance I’ve had from my manager has allowed me to progress and branch out in my career at the company.

I work as a developer within an incredible engineering team. Being part of a fast-paced global team means I always know that there is help available, and the excellent support I get empowers me to always bring my A-game. It is also a bonus to be at a company that promotes workstyles based around your needs and those of the business, ensuring an excellent work-life balance.
