Guided Search Additional Categories
We have added Grocery and Home Improvement to the Guided Search tool to boost engagement and increase tool utility! These categories can be accessed in the "Guided Search" tab.
Set Scan Max Time:
Users can now set time limits for scans, providing more control over scan minute usage. Access this feature in the Search pages before initiating a scan or adjust in Queued and Scheduled searches in the Search Manager.
Easy Tracking of Minutes Used & Minutes Saved:
Users can now easily monitor scan minute usage and savings on the main TA dashboard, under the "Welcome" tile. These usage statistics include:
Text Alerts: Issue with the text alert feature, notifying users of completed TA scans, has been resolved. Enable this feature in the Settings under Notifications.
Onboarding Documentation and In-App Training:
Are you a new user? We’re offering onboarding documentation and in-app training for all users, particularly those unfamiliar with repricing tools.
Shipping Templates:
Users can now set shipping settings across several products at once with shipping templates, potentially saving FBM sellers significant time.
Reporting:
We've added a reporting function allowing users gain insights through comprehensive store analysis and optimization. Users can download/generate reports on strategies, listings, and competitiveness.
Profit & Analytics: We’re providing more visibility in your Pay-Per-Click related costs and revenue. Access your new PPC metrics with the Profits Dashboard.

Preferred Email Address for Walmart Support (Open Beta)
Users can now use their preferred email address for Walmart support via our new email forwarding with custom SMTP feature, addressing a significant pain point for brands.
Direct Replies to More Amazon Notifications
ChannelReply now identifies and replaces "do not reply" addresses with customers' Amazon email addresses, allowing direct contact. This is applicable for most notification types. Setup guide is available here.
