Onsite Gets Automatic Updates for Channel Reply Custom Fields:
- ChannelReply custom fields now update automatically, improving the use of order data in creating powerful automations and personalized canned replies. This brings the Onsite integration on par with the other ChannelReply integrations such as Zendesk and Freshdesk.
New Features
One-Step Onsite Support Integration:
- ChannelReply has simplified the integration process with Onsite Support. Users, regardless of whether they had ChannelReply previously or not, can now use a one-step setup process, significantly reducing setup complexity.
Onsite and ChannelReply Troubleshooting Time Reduced:
- A new "Test & Fix Connection" button in ChannelReply has significantly reduced troubleshooting time by 66%, allowing for rapid automatic resolution of most known potential errors between ChannelReply and Onsite.
Ecommerce Autoresponder for Onsite Support:
- Onsite users can now create personalized autoresponders using ChannelReply. This feature ensures consistent delivery of auto-replies and compliance with response requirements on marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, and Newegg. You can read more about it here
Shipping Address Details Now Usable as Variables/Placeholders:
- We have introduced new custom fields that allow for granular control over shipping address details. This enhances automation possibilities by enabling the individual use of shipping address details like city, state, and country.

Language Identification Support for Amazon India and Belgium:
- ChannelReply now properly identifies the selected language of each Amazon shopper from India and Belgium. This is critical for adhering to Amazon's requirement of communicating in the buyer's selected language and enhances the building of automations.
Bug Fix
Walmart US Cancellations and Return Refunds:
- An issue preventing Walmart cancellation and return refund requests through ChannelReply has been fixed.
- This enables users of Zendesk, Freshdesk, Re:amaze, Zoho Desk, Kustomer, or Onsite Support to perform cancellations and issue refunds on returns with the ChannelReply app again.

Partnership with RestrictedInventory.com:
- ScoutIQ users face challenges selling certain restricted books on Amazon due to publisher legalities and counterfeit concerns.
- We’ve partnered with Restricted Inventory (RI) to allow users to sell restricted books through RI's trusted Amazon accounts, aiming to increase ScoutIQ user's profits.
User-friendly Selling Process:
- Users can scan a book (by barcode/ISBN/title) and receive an option to sell through RI if Amazon restricts it.
- Users can easily register and link to RI through the in-app browser, and then send their books to RI for selling.

- Download the latest version of ScoutIQ from the Apple App Store or Google Store to access this new feature.

Product Update
SSO Integration:
- SellerRunning has now integrated Single Sign-On (SSO) and the Threecolts manager, offering a smoother user login process.
7 Day Trial - A Taste of SellerRunning:
- To showcase the Chrome extension to prospective users, SellerRunning now offers a 7-day trial, protected against abuse by duplicate merchant ID use.
- Users can start the trial by choosing a subscription type, which will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period.

Revamped Onboarding Flow:
- The original 8-step onboarding process has been streamlined to 4 steps, enabling quicker access to key product features like bulk searches and uploads via the Chrome extension.
