-- CR Feedback eBay integration is now out of beta. eBay feedback requests now count toward requests sent limits.
-- ChannelReply’s eBay integration now shows data on all notifications. Previously, we could only show data on eBay service messages if they included order IDs. Now, we can pull data into our app and custom fields if there is an order ID, inquiry ID, case ID or return ID. - ChannelReply custom fields updates
-- Message Sent At (new!): Shows the time the customer’s message was received on Amazon, as opposed to the time it was received in your helpdesk. The difference is usually only a matter of seconds, but this can help you stay on top of Amazon’s response time requirements in the event of an interruption.
-- eBay Transaction ID is now Transaction ID: This field supports both eBay and Etsy transaction IDs.
-- eBay User ID is now User ID: This field supports both eBay and Etsy usernames.
-- eBay Secure Email Address is now Secure Email Address: This field now supports Amazon tickets. It will show the Amazon customer’s extended email address in the format abc+123@marketplace.amazon.com. On eBay tickets, this field still shows the customer’s @marketplace.ebay email address.
-- Original Email Address: On Amazon tickets, this field will now consistently display the customer’s shortened abc@marketplace.amazon email address, without the additional “+123” numerals section. - Gorgias updates
-- We’ve added new Gorgias variables in the Etsy and Newegg order sections. These are visible only when you click “Edit widgets.”
-- carrier_names populates the names of all carriers used to fulfill the order, separated by commas and spaces, e.g. “FedEx, USPS.”
-- shipment_notified_dates populates the exact dates and times when each package related to the order was marked as shipped, separated by commas and spaces, in the format YYYY-MM-DD HH-MM-SS. Example: 2022-11-29 13:19:02, 2022-11-30 08:31:25
-- tracking_numbers populates all tracking numbers related to the order, separated by commas and spaces, e.g. “ABC123, DEF456.” - Newegg updates
-- Our Newegg “Remove Item” action is now available in both Help Scout and Gorgias. This is the first Newegg action to become available for these two helpdesks. It voids the order of the specific item you’ve chosen to remove, so use with care! - Kustomer updates
-- Our Kustomer integration now supports extremely long messages. Previously, Kustomer would cut messages off if they exceeded 10,250 characters. We now break the message at the closest possible period or line break before the limit, and post it in Kustomer as two or more threaded messages. A note will appear in affected messages to inform you of the break.
