Helpdesk Settings Update - CRM Settings is now Helpdesk Settings, with new, streamlined designs for all users. - Zendesk, Re:amaze, Zoho Desk, and Kustomer now have Copy Placeholder features for custom fields. Now, if you want to use order details like Tracking ID and Item Title in your canned responses and auto replies, you can simply copy the placeholder from ChannelReply--no more half-hour processes of finding, copying, pasting and testing field IDs! - To use this new feature, open your ChannelReply account, go to Helpdesk Settings and open the Custom Fields dropdown menu. - Freshdesk users now have an autoresponder generator and JSON codifier. - Rather than learning how to use webhooks and JSON code as in our old Freshdesk ecommerce autoresponder system, you can simply type a message into our new autoresponder generator. We'll automatically generate an autoresponder that works for all your messages, whether they're from Amazon, eBay, regular email, or anywhere else. - If you'd prefer to build a more nuanced autoresponder from scratch, we've added a JSON code generator so you don't have to struggle with JSON anymore. Simply enter your message and we'll translate it into JSON so you can simply copy and paste it into Freshdesk.
Zendesk + Amazon users now have a new feature in Helpdesk Settings: Mark Amazon Messages as “No Response Needed.” If you enable this feature, then solving or closing an Amazon ticket will automatically mark the most recent message as “No response needed.” Speed up your support and get to customers who really need your help faster!
eBay Resolution Center Support has been improved to better handle situations where messages cannot be posted to the Resolution Center. - Our delivery failure notifications now include explanations of why eBay would not accept the message. - If a message exceeds eBay's character limit, we will not deliver the message to the Resolution Center or to the buyer's messages. Instead, we will post a delivery failure internal note that asks you to send a shorter message and includes the text of the undelivered message, saving you from having to retype the whole thing.
